The patented CUmax clamping system holds the sawblade securely without conventional guide jaws or rollers alongside the blade. This reduces friction and helps prevent heat-related blade deformation, contributing to consistently precise results.

Excellent Control and Ergonomics

The PS 2-18 combines a balanced design with soft, non-slip surfaces to provide comfortable and controlled handling, even when working in awkward positions.

The Ergo-Balance principle distributes the weight intelligently while the low centre of gravity keeps the machine stable on the workpiece. This makes the PS 2-18 particularly easy to control during demanding precision work.

Smart Lighting

Two integrated LEDs provide a clear view of the workpiece and cutting area. The intelligent lighting system is designed to minimise reflections when cutting underneath the workpiece and automatically adapts to the working position.

Clean and Visible Cutting Line

The PS 2-18 features an integrated vacuum channel in the baseplate. Using the Venturi effect, dust is extracted directly alongside the sawblade while airflow helps keep the cutting line visible.

For even cleaner working conditions, the saw can also be connected to a suitable dust extraction system.
