MAFELL F 160 Guide Rail, 1.6 m

The MAFELL F 160 guide rail is a professional accessory for precise and clean guided cuts with a wide range of MAFELL machines. With a length of 1.6 m and a weight of 2.5 kg, it provides stable guidance while remaining practical to handle.

The insertable rubber lip serves as both the guide edge and splinter guard. Before the first cut, the rubber lip is trimmed to the particular saw. This creates an accurately defined cutting edge and helps reduce splintering. The anodized sliding surface on the upper side of the rail improves handling and reduces the push resistance of the circular saw.

The rail is designed so that the complete machine base plate slides on it during cutting. Two insertable grip strips on the underside provide an extremely secure, non-slip and material-friendly support. If required, the guide rail can additionally be fixed to the workpiece with two screw clamps.

The F 160 can be extended as required using a MAFELL connecting piece. The self-aligning connector maintains precise straightness even when the rail is extended. When not in use, the connector can be stored in a parking position on the guide rail.

The included profile end piece prevents the cable and extraction hose from catching at the beginning of the rail. The MAFELL F guide rail system enables practical rail lengths of up to 3.1 m and is suitable for numerous MAFELL machines, including the PS 2-18, MT 55 cc, P1 cc, MS 55, K 105, ZSX Ec, DSS 300 cc, NFU 50-18, K 105-18, MKS 130 Ec and many other compatible models.
