MAFELL F 80 + F 160 guide rail set with F-WA, F-VS, clamps and bag

The MAFELL guide rail set combines two different F guide rail lengths with an angle stop, connecting piece, clamps and a dedicated transport bag. The set includes the F 80 guide rail, F 160 guide rail, F-WA angle stop, F-VS connecting piece, 2 × F-SZC 180 clamps and the TZ-FST1600 guide rail bag.

The F 80 and F 160 guide rails provide flexible working lengths for different applications. The F-VS connecting piece allows two F guide rails to be joined when a longer guide path is required. This makes the set suitable for both compact guide applications and extended cutting tasks.

The F-WA angle stop adds precise angular positioning to the guide rail system. Its large, clearly readable scale enables accurate angle adjustment, while the locking mechanism securely fixes the selected setting. The angle stop can be connected to the MAFELL F guide rail system using the corresponding adapter.

The two F-SZC 180 clamps provide additional support when the guide rail needs to be securely fixed to the workpiece. This is particularly useful for professional cutting operations where stable positioning and repeatable results are important.

The included TZ-FST1600 guide rail bag is designed for guide rails up to 1.6 m long. Its robust construction is made from weather-resistant polyester and includes internal padding to protect the guide rails from external influences during transport and storage.

The bag features an external pocket and an internal insert pocket for convenient accessory storage. Additional Velcro straps provide a secure transport solution for several guide rails. The large opening allows the rails to be inserted and removed quickly.

A reinforced carrying handle and removable shoulder strap make transport comfortable. Durable industrial zippers are designed for long-lasting functionality. A hanging loop enables space-saving vertical storage, while the integrated holder for a business card or name tag allows individual identification.
