MAFELL Aerofix F-AF 1 suction clamping system with 1.3 m guide rail

The MAFELL Aerofix F-AF 1 suction clamping system provides a practical way of fixing a guide rail to the workpiece by using the suction power of a dust extractor. The system generates a vacuum beneath the guide rail profile, holding the rail securely in position without the need for conventional mechanical clamps.

The set includes a 1.3 m guide rail and an adapter system for different working methods. This makes the Aerofix F-AF 1 particularly useful when a freely accessible workpiece surface or a clean working area is important and conventional clamps would interfere with the cutting process.

For suction from underneath, the supplied dual adapter is used to fix the F-AFU 130 from below. The F-AFU 130 is thereby connected securely to the 1.3 m guide rail. This working method is suitable for applications such as parting cuts and for cutting panels, doors and similar workpieces.

For suction from above, the F-AFO adapter can simply be attached to an existing MAFELL F guide rail. This allows the rail to be fixed directly to a surface and is especially suitable for recessing and cut-out work.

The Aerofix system combines guided cutting with vacuum fixation and provides a flexible solution for professional woodworking and interior installation applications. The included flexible hose connects the suction system to a suitable dust extractor.
