MAFELL F 80 Guide Rail, 0.8 m

The MAFELL F 80 Guide Rail is a professional 0.8 m guide rail designed for precise, clean and controlled cutting with compatible MAFELL machines. It forms part of the MAFELL F guide rail system and is suitable for a wide range of applications where accurate guided cutting is required.

The integrated rubber lip serves two functions: it acts as the guide edge and provides splinter protection. Before the first cut, the rubber lip is trimmed to the saw being used, helping achieve clean and accurate cutting results.

The top of the rail features an anodized sliding surface, which promotes smooth handling and reduces the push resistance of compatible circular saws. The rail width is designed so that the complete machine base plate can glide on the rail during cutting.

Two insertable grip strips on the underside provide extremely secure, non-slip contact with the workpiece while helping protect the material surface. The guide rail can also be additionally fixed to the workpiece using two screw clamps.

The F 80 can be extended as required using a self-aligning connector. This maintains precise straightness even when several guide rails are joined together. The connector is operated from the top and can be moved into a parking position when not in use.

A supplied profile end piece helps prevent cables and extraction hoses from catching at the beginning of the guide rail.
