The MAFELL PS 2-18 is a high-performance professional cordless jig saw designed for users who demand uncompromising precision, power and control. Its powerful 18 V drive, exceptionally stable baseplate and low centre of gravity provide secure positioning on the workpiece and help achieve precise, square cuts.

The ergonomic Ergo-Balance principle combines intelligent weight distribution with soft, non-slip surfaces for comfortable and controlled handling, even in difficult working positions. The patented CUmax sawblade clamping system securely holds the sawblade without additional guide jaws or rollers, helping prevent blade deformation and maintaining a high level of cutting precision.

With a variable no-load stroke rate of 750–3,100 strokes/min and a 26 mm stroke length, the PS 2-18 delivers efficient and controlled cutting performance. Two integrated high-quality LEDs provide excellent visibility of the workpiece and cutting area, while the integrated vacuum channel in the baseplate removes dust directly alongside the sawblade and helps keep the cutting line clear.

The PS 2-18 can be used for straight cuts, guided cuts with the MAFELL F guide rail system, circle cutting, recesses and bevel cuts up to 45°, depending on the selected accessories and sawblade. The CUnex W1 blade features a special wedge-shaped, twin-layer design that provides particularly high blade stability for precise freehand cutting.
