MAFELL K 85 Ec L-MAX – Professional 2300 W Circular Saw

The MAFELL K 85 Ec in L-MAX is a high-performance professional circular saw designed for demanding woodworking, carpentry, interior fitting and renovation applications. Its powerful 2300 W CUprex motor, high cutting capacity and precise adjustment system provide the combination of power, accuracy and reliability expected from a professional MAFELL machine.

The digitally optimised CUprex high-performance motor delivers high power and torque while allowing the no-load speed to be continuously adjusted between 2250 and 4400 rpm. This makes it possible to adapt the saw to different materials and applications.

High cutting capacity

The K 85 Ec offers a maximum cutting depth of 88 mm at 90°. Even when used with a guide rail, an impressive cutting depth of up to 82 mm can be achieved. The bevel range extends from 0 to 60°, making the saw suitable for straight, cross, bevel and rafter cuts.

At 45°, the maximum cutting depth is 61.5 mm, while at 60° it is 44.5 mm. The cutting depth can be set and locked conveniently with a single operation.

CUprex power and precision

The CUprex motor combines high power and torque with performance-optimised digital electronics and advanced control technology. The continuously adjustable speed allows the K 85 Ec to be adapted to the material being processed, supporting controlled and efficient cutting.

FLIPPKEIL plunge-cut system

The patented FLIPPKEIL system eliminates the need to remove the riving knife before making a plunge cut. This improves convenience and allows plunge cuts to be performed efficiently while maintaining a high level of user safety.

Precise cutting line

The cutting indicator automatically adapts to the selected bevel angle, helping the operator maintain an accurate cutting line. The redesigned angle adjustment also provides excellent readability of the scale.

Optimised chip ejection

The K 85 Ec features optimised chip ejection, particularly when working with insulation materials. This helps keep the cutting area clearer and supports efficient working in demanding applications.

Guide rail compatibility

The groove in the baseplate allows compatible MAFELL guide systems to be used. This makes the K 85 Ec suitable for precise guided cutting and, with the appropriate accessories, cross-cutting applications.

Practical L-MAX transport case

This version is supplied in an L-MAX transport case, providing a practical solution for transporting and storing the saw and its accessories. The case keeps the equipment organised and protected between jobs.
