The MAFELL SR 800-18 PURE is a high-performance 18 V cordless impact wrench designed for demanding professional screwdriving applications in timber construction, concrete and heavy timber-steel connections. Its high torque output allows large fasteners to be installed quickly and reliably without the need for a mains connection.
With a maximum tightening torque of 800 Nm and a maximum release torque of 1,200 Nm, the SR 800-18 PURE is designed for heavy-duty fastening work. It can reliably tighten metric screws up to M27, as well as large hexagonal timber screws and concrete screws.
The tool provides six speed levels plus the ASC automatic speed control setting. This gives the user direct control over the tool's operating characteristics while ASC automatically adapts the speed for specific tightening and loosening situations.
During tightening, ASC prevents screws or nuts from being overtightened by automatically switching the tool off. During loosening, the speed is automatically reduced after the fastener has been released, helping prevent screws or nuts from falling away uncontrolled.
The SR 800-18 PURE is designed around the user. Its centre of gravity is positioned directly in the middle of the handle, providing a well-balanced tool that improves control and reduces the effort required during demanding fastening work.
The 1/2" square drive provides a direct and secure connection for impact sockets and other impact accessories. A pressure-sensitive trigger enables controlled operation, while the powerful brushless drive system provides the performance required for heavy fastening tasks.
Bright LED lights with afterglow provide broad illumination of the working area with reduced shadows, helping maintain visibility in darker working conditions.
The SR 800-18 PURE is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), allowing it to be used with compatible CAS battery packs and chargers. The PURE version is supplied without a battery and charger and comes in a MAX3 transport and storage box. MAFELL's PowerTank system uses processor-controlled battery technology that continuously monitors relevant battery-cell parameters such as charge level and temperature.
