MAFELL ASB 18 PURE cordless impact drill/driver in T-MAX

The MAFELL ASB 18 PURE is a professional 18 V cordless impact drill/driver designed for demanding drilling, screwdriving and impact drilling applications on construction sites and in workshops. Its robust construction combines high power with versatile functionality, making it suitable for a wide range of professional tasks.

The machine delivers 65 Nm soft torque and up to 130 Nm hard torque. Two speed ranges allow controlled operation from 0–560 rpm in first gear and 0–1960 rpm in second gear. With a maximum drilling capacity of 68 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel, the ASB 18 PURE is suitable for demanding timber construction, installation and general drilling work.

The powerful impact drilling function reaches up to 38,000 impacts per minute, allowing efficient drilling in masonry. Combined with conventional drilling and screwdriving functions, this makes the ASB 18 PURE a versatile cordless tool for professional applications.

The impulse function provides additional support in difficult situations, such as loosening seized screws or starting holes on smooth surfaces. The spindle features a 1/4-inch holder for direct use of bits and quick-change accessories, while the supplied quick-change chuck accommodates tools up to 13 mm.

The electronic Anti-Kickback function actively switches off the motor during sudden rotational movement, helping protect the user's wrist. Two integrated spirit levels allow precise control of the 90° angle during horizontal and vertical drilling or screwdriving.

Bright LED work lights with afterglow provide broad, shadow-reduced illumination of the working area. Four magnetic bit holders positioned on both sides of the battery mount keep frequently used bits readily accessible.

The 43 mm clamping neck allows the ASB 18 PURE to be mounted in all MAFELL BST drilling stations. The tool is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), providing compatibility with corresponding CAS machines, battery packs and chargers.

The PURE version is supplied without a battery and charger, making it a practical choice for users who already have compatible 18 V MAFELL/CAS battery equipment. The complete set is supplied in a T-MAX transport and storage case. MAFELL also specifies processor-controlled PowerTank technology for its battery system, with relevant battery-cell parameters such as charge level and temperature continuously monitored.
