MAFELL K 105-18 PURE Cordless Circular Saw

The MAFELL K 105-18 PURE is a professional cordless circular saw designed for demanding woodworking, carpentry, interior fitting and renovation work. Its dual-battery design uses 2 × 18 V CAS batteries, providing the freedom of cordless operation while delivering the cutting capacity expected from a professional saw. Batteries and charger are not included in this PURE version.

With a maximum cutting depth of 110 mm at 90°, the K 105-18 PURE is particularly well suited to thick solid timber, construction timber and large board materials. Even when used with a guide rail, it provides up to 104 mm cutting depth. The saw can be tilted continuously from 0 to 60°, with cutting depths of up to 77 mm at 45° and 55 mm at 60°.

Powerful dual-battery drive

The K 105-18 PURE is designed for operation with two 18 V CAS battery packs. This provides cordless freedom and makes the saw suitable for professional work where mobility and independence from mains power are important. The machine is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), allowing compatible CAS batteries and chargers to be shared across participating system partners.

110 mm cutting depth

The K 105-18 PURE offers an impressive 110 mm maximum cutting depth at 90°. With a guide rail, up to 104 mm can still be achieved. This makes the saw suitable for demanding cuts in solid wood and other thick materials.

0–60° bevel adjustment

The saw offers a bevel range of 0–60°, allowing precise straight, bevel and compound cuts. The cutting depth can be adjusted and locked with a single operation, while the angle adjustment is designed for clear and accurate reading of the scale.

FLIPPKEIL system

The patented FLIPPKEIL system allows plunge cuts without having to remove the riving knife. This improves convenience when making plunge cuts while maintaining a high level of user safety.

ErgoBalanceConcept

MAFELL's ErgoBalanceConcept optimises the balance of the circular saw for precise and ergonomic handling. This makes the tool easier to guide accurately and helps reduce fatigue during prolonged professional use.

LED work lighting

Bright integrated LED lights provide broad illumination of the working area, helping the user maintain a clear view of the cutting zone.

Automatic cutting-line indicator

The cutting-line indicator automatically adapts to the selected bevel angle. This allows accurate cutting directly along the marked line, including when making angled cuts.

Optimised chip ejection

The K 105-18 PURE features optimised chip ejection, particularly useful when cutting insulation materials. A 35 mm extraction connection is provided for connection to a suitable dust extraction system.
