MAFELL K 105 Circular Saw – 2300 W

The MAFELL K 105 Circular Saw is a professional high-performance saw designed for demanding woodworking, carpentry, interior fitting and renovation applications. With its powerful 2300 W CUprex motor, the K 105 combines high power and torque with precise, controlled operation.

The K 105 is designed for users who require maximum cutting capacity without compromising precision or ergonomics. MAFELL's ErgoBalanceConcept optimises the balance of the saw, making it easier to guide accurately and helping to reduce fatigue during extended periods of work.

CUprex high-performance motor

The CUprex motor combines high power and torque with performance-optimised digital electronics and advanced control technology. The speed can be continuously adjusted according to the material and application, allowing the saw to be adapted to different cutting conditions.

Up to 110 mm cutting depth

The K 105 provides an impressive maximum cutting depth of 110 mm at 90°. Even when used with a guide rail, the saw can achieve up to 104 mm cutting depth. This makes the K 105 particularly suitable for thick solid timber, large panels and demanding professional cutting applications.

The bevel range extends from 0 to 60°. The maximum cutting depth is 77 mm at 45° and 55 mm at 60°. The cutting depth can be adjusted and locked with a single operation.

FLIPPKEIL plunge-cut system

The patented FLIPPKEIL system allows plunge cuts without having to remove the riving knife. This provides excellent user convenience while maintaining a high level of safety during plunge-cutting applications.

Precise cutting-line indicator

The cutting-line indicator automatically adapts to the selected bevel angle. This allows the operator to follow the marked cutting line accurately, even when making angled cuts.

LED work lighting

Bright integrated LED lights provide broad illumination of the work area and improve visibility around the cutting zone. In standby mode, a timer automatically switches the lighting off after 10 seconds.

Optimised chip ejection

The K 105 features an optimised chip ejection system, particularly beneficial when cutting insulation materials. This helps keep the working area cleaner and supports efficient material removal.

New 60° bevel system

The new 60° pivoting system provides a large cutting capacity even at high bevel angles. The angle adjustment is designed for easy and precise reading of the scale.

Guide rail compatibility

The K 105 is compatible with MAFELL guide rails. With the appropriate guiding system, the saw can also be used as a rail-guided cross-cut saw.
