MAFELL K 65 cc Circular Saw

The MAFELL K 65 cc is a compact and extremely powerful professional circular saw designed for demanding woodworking, carpentry, interior fitting and renovation applications. With its 1800 W CUprex high-performance motor and cutting depth of up to 67 mm, the K 65 cc combines the handling advantages of a compact saw with the cutting performance of a larger 65 mm class machine.

The saw is engineered for precise and controlled cutting in solid wood, panel materials, insulation materials, doors and worktops. Its adjustable speed allows the machine to be adapted to different materials and applications, while the stable baseplate provides excellent control during cutting.

Powerful CUprex motor

The CUprex high-performance motor combines high power and torque with performance-optimised digital electronics and advanced control technology. The speed can be continuously adjusted to suit the material and application, helping the user achieve clean and controlled cuts.

FLIPPKEIL plunge-cut system

The patented FLIPPKEIL system allows plunge cuts without having to remove the riving knife. This makes plunge cutting significantly more convenient while maintaining a high level of user safety.

Precise cutting

The K 65 cc offers a maximum cutting depth of 67 mm at 90° and up to 53 mm at 45°. Thanks to its innovative pivoting system, a cutting depth of 53 mm remains available throughout the 0–45° bevel range. The cutting depth can also be preset and locked between 8 and 67 mm.

The innovative cutting indicator automatically follows the inclination of the machine, continuously showing the correct cutting edge. This is particularly useful for accurate bevel cuts.

Comfortable plunge and bevel cutting

The pre-retract function makes operation of the pendulum guard particularly convenient. This provides improved comfort and control when starting plunge and bevel cuts.

Guide rail compatibility

The groove integrated into the baseplate allows the K 65 cc to be combined with compatible MAFELL guide systems. Together with the supplied parallel guide with millimetre scale, this makes accurate cuts and precise fitting work possible.

Optimised chip extraction

The chip guidance system is designed and optimised for cutting wood-fibre materials. It also provides significant advantages during plunge cuts in the direction of the wood grain, helping to maintain efficient chip removal.
