MAFELL K 55 18M bl Cordless Circular Saw in T-MAX

The MAFELL K 55 18M bl in T-MAX is a professional cordless circular saw designed for demanding woodworking, carpentry and installation applications. Combining powerful 18 V LiHD battery technology with a compact design, excellent handling and a cutting depth of up to 58 mm, the K 55 18M bl delivers the precision and performance expected from a professional MAFELL machine.

The saw provides a cutting depth of 0–58 mm at 90° and up to 48 mm at 45°. The tilt range is continuously adjustable from 0° to 45°, making the machine suitable for cross-cutting, rip cutting, bevel cutting and plunge cutting. The no-load speed is 2450–5450 rpm and the machine weighs approximately 4.3 kg.

FLIPPKEIL plunge-cut system

The patented FLIPPKEIL system eliminates the need to remove the riving knife before making a plunge cut. This makes plunge cutting faster, more convenient and safer, particularly when working with solid wood, boards and other panel materials.

Precise and comfortable cutting

The pivoting blade guard can be retracted quickly with a lever, making it easier to start bevel and plunge cuts. Bright integrated LED lights illuminate the work area and improve visibility around the cutting line.

The innovative cutting pointer automatically follows the saw's inclination and accurately indicates the actual cutting edge, helping the user maintain precise control when making angled cuts.

Efficient dust extraction

The K 55 18M bl features optimised chip extraction that helps prevent the extraction channel from becoming blocked, including during plunge cuts in the direction of the wood grain. When connected to a suitable MAFELL dust extractor, the work area stays cleaner and the cutting line remains clearly visible.

Guide rail compatibility

A groove integrated into the baseplate allows the saw to be used with compatible MAFELL guide rails. Combined with the appropriate accessories, this enables accurate guided cuts and cross-cutting applications.

CAS battery system

The K 55 18M bl is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), allowing compatible 18 V batteries and chargers to be shared across a wide range of professional cordless tools.
