The MAFELL K 55 cc is a compact and powerful professional portable circular saw designed for demanding woodworking applications. Combining a high-output 1300 W CUprex motor, a robust construction and a cutting depth of up to 58 mm, the K 55 cc delivers excellent cutting performance while maintaining a very good power-to-weight ratio.
The powerful CUprex motor features performance-optimised digital electronics and advanced control technology, providing high torque and stable performance even during demanding cuts. With a no-load speed of 5700 rpm, the saw is suitable for a wide range of professional cutting applications.
The K 55 cc provides a maximum cutting depth of 58 mm at 90° and 48 mm at 45°. The saw can be continuously tilted from 0° to 45°, making it suitable for both straight and bevel cuts.
A major advantage is the patented FLIPPKEIL system. Unlike conventional removable riving knives, the FLIPPKEIL does not need to be removed before making plunge cuts. This makes plunge cutting more convenient while maintaining a high level of safety and control.
The pivoting blade guard can be retracted quickly using a conveniently positioned lever, making it easier to perform plunge and bevel cuts. Bright integrated LEDs illuminate a large working area and help maintain a clear view of the cutting zone.
The K 55 cc can also be used with MAFELL guide rails. A groove integrated into the baseplate allows the saw to work with the available guide rail system for precise guided and cross-cutting applications.
The integrated pointer automatically follows the saw when the machine is tilted, helping to maintain an accurate indication of the actual cutting edge. Combined with the available guide rails or optional millimetre-graduated edge guide, this makes accurate dimensioning and repeatable cuts easier.
