The MAFELL MT 55 18 M bl is a professional cordless plunge-cut saw designed for demanding woodworking, interior fitting and installation applications. Combining high cutting precision, cordless freedom and excellent handling, it is suitable for plunge, cross, rip, bevel and angled cuts.
The powerful 18 V LiHD battery system delivers the freedom to work without a mains cable while maintaining the performance and precision expected from a professional MAFELL saw. The MT 55 18 M bl is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), allowing compatible batteries and chargers to be shared across a wide range of professional cordless tools.
With a maximum cutting depth of 57 mm and 40.5 mm at 45°, the saw provides a wide range of applications. The innovative tilting system allows bevel cuts from –1° to +48°, making the machine suitable for demanding angled cutting work.
The integrated scoring function can be activated with a single movement and helps produce exceptionally clean visible edges, even when the splinter guard has become worn. The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimetre precision, both with and without a guide rail.
The enclosed sawblade cover and slide bar along the cut help minimise dust formation. The quick blade-change system allows the sawblade to be replaced in seconds by pressing the release button and lifting the lever.
The MT 55 18 M bl T-MAX set is especially practical for professional users because it includes two high-capacity 18 V LiHD batteries, the corresponding charger, a sawblade, position indicator, parallel guide fence and a robust T-MAX transport and storage case.
