MAFELL KSS 60 18M bl PURE Cordless Cross-Cutting System

The MAFELL KSS 60 18M bl PURE is a professional cordless cross-cutting system designed for demanding woodworking, interior finishing, installation, renovation and construction applications. Its 18 V battery platform provides maximum freedom from mains power while maintaining the precision and functionality expected from a professional MAFELL cutting system.

With the M guide track, the KSS 60 18M bl achieves a cutting depth of up to 61 mm at 0° and 47 mm at 45°. Without the guide track, the maximum cutting depth is 67 mm at 0°. The maximum cutting length is 408 mm, making the system particularly suitable for long cross cuts and precise installation work.

The cordless design is especially useful on construction sites and in interior finishing, where freedom of movement is essential. The 18 V LiHD battery technology combines compact dimensions with high performance and endurance. The system is part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), allowing compatible 18 V batteries and chargers to be shared across a wide range of professional cordless tools.

The patented FLIPPKEIL system makes plunge cutting significantly easier. The riving knife does not need to be removed, allowing recesses and cut-outs to be made efficiently while maintaining a high level of user convenience and safety.

After completing the cut, the saw automatically returns to its starting position. With a single button press, the machine can be removed from the cross-cutting track and used separately, providing additional flexibility for conventional sawing applications.

The integrated lighting system provides bright illumination of the working area, while the clearly graduated angle scale and fixed and adjustable stops on the underside of the guide track enable precise angle cuts from -60° to +60°. The tilt range of the saw is 0°–45°.

The KSS 60 18M bl is suitable for solid wood, board materials, insulation materials, doors, worktops and a wide range of interior finishing and renovation applications.
