The MAFELL KSS 60 cc is a professional high-performance cross-cutting system designed for demanding woodworking, interior finishing, installation, renovation and construction applications.
At the heart of the KSS 60 cc is the powerful 1800 W CUprex motor with performance-optimised digital electronics and advanced control technology. The speed can be continuously adjusted to suit the material and application, providing excellent cutting performance and controlled operation.
The cross-cutting system combines a powerful circular saw with a permanently integrated guide track. This allows precise cross cuts to be carried out quickly and reliably. The maximum cutting length is 408 mm, while the cutting depth reaches 61 mm at 0° with the guide track. At 45°, a cutting depth of 47 mm remains available across the complete tilting range.
Without the guide track, the saw achieves a maximum cutting depth of 67 mm at 0° and 53 mm at 45°. The tilt range is 0°–45°, while precise angle cuts from -60° to +60° can be achieved using the guide track's fixed and adjustable stops.
The patented FLIPPKEIL system makes plunge cutting significantly easier and safer. The riving knife does not need to be removed, allowing recesses and cut-outs to be produced efficiently.
After completing the cut, the saw automatically returns to its starting position. The machine can also be removed from the cross-cutting track at the press of a button and used independently, providing the full range of applications associated with the MAFELL K 65 cc.
The rubberised underside provides secure grip on the workpiece while helping to protect sensitive surfaces. Bright integrated LEDs illuminate a large working area, improving visibility during precise cutting work.
