The MAFELL LO 65 Ec MaxiMAX router is designed for demanding professional routing applications where high power, precision and efficient handling are essential. Its 2600 W CUprex high-performance motor with performance-optimized digital electronics and newly developed control technology delivers high torque and allows the speed to be continuously adapted to different materials, applications and router-bit diameters.
The machine combines powerful routing performance with precise adjustment. The 0–65 mm routing depth can be accurately set using the fine-adjustment mechanism and securely fixed. This makes repeated operations more consistent and minimizes the need for subsequent corrections.
The integrated three-stage revolving depth stop allows several predefined routing depths to be set quickly. This is particularly useful when a workpiece requires multiple successive routing depths. The speed, routing depth and stop can all be individually adjusted, giving the LO 65 Ec MaxiMAX a broad range of professional applications.
The double-guided parallel guide with fine adjustment provides precise and stable guidance along the workpiece edge. For router-bit changes, the machine can simply be placed upside down for convenient access. A spindle lock is integrated as standard, making cutter changes straightforward.
The LO 65 Ec MaxiMAX supports 6–12 mm and 1/2" collets. The supplied adapter also allows the use of router bits with an M 12 × 1 internal thread. The included Ø30 mm template guide makes the machine suitable for template-based routing, while the extraction hood supports connection to a suitable dust extraction system.
The machine is suitable for profile and groove routing, fitting recesses, dovetail joints and routing work in stair construction. Typical materials include solid wood and board materials. The optional LO-FA router adapter can additionally be used as a pocket-routing stop, guide-rail adapter, parallel guide or circle cutter.
The CUprex motor and digital electronics provide continuously adjustable speed for different materials and router-bit diameters. A voltage-drop switch helps prevent uncontrolled restart after an interruption in power supply.
