MAFELL ERIKA 85 under-table pull saw

The MAFELL ERIKA 85 is a professional mobile under-table pull saw designed for precise crosscuts, rip cuts and demanding carpentry applications. With a maximum cutting height of 85 mm, a 430 mm pull length and a generous 525 × 915 mm table surface, it combines the functionality of a pull saw and table saw in a compact, highly mobile machine.

The powerful 2500 W CUprex high-performance motor works together with E-control electronics and continuously adjustable speed from 2050 to 4300 rpm. This allows the ERIKA 85 to be adapted to different materials and cutting tasks. With the appropriate original MAFELL saw blade, the machine can process solid wood, sheet materials, parquet, laminate, plastics and aluminium profiles.

The integrated Quickstand allows the machine to be set up on four stable aluminium legs within seconds. Protective rubber stoppers prevent slipping and help protect the machine when positioning it on the job site. The integrated levelling system allows uneven ground to be compensated for conveniently by foot pressure.

A specially developed dust channel collects sawdust efficiently and guides it safely towards the rear extraction connection. This makes a connected extraction system more effective and helps maintain a cleaner working environment. The machine controls are clearly arranged at the front for intuitive operation.

The sensor-controlled work light provides excellent visibility of the cutting area. The partially transparent protective guard completely covers the saw blade and improves operating safety. A voltage-drop switch prevents uncontrolled restarting after an interruption to the power supply.

The ERIKA 85 features an extremely stable table profile and a swivelling range of -3° to +48°. The riving knife can be lowered for concealed cuts. The generous 430 mm pull length makes the machine suitable for large workpieces and demanding timber-frame applications.

The included MFA multifunction stop with selectable angle detent enables precise positioning for angled cuts. MAFELL also highlights its ability to make two mitre cuts without changing or repositioning the stop, making accurate 90° connections easier to produce.

The rear legs are equipped with wheels to simplify transport. The integrated stationary setup can be unfolded quickly and without tools, while the machine can be set up and dismantled by one person. The combination of high cutting capacity, mobility, adjustable speed and versatile stop system makes the ERIKA 85 a professional solution for woodworking, carpentry and construction applications.
