MAFELL MF 26 cc AF-MAX multi-cutter in T-MAX

The MAFELL MF 26 cc AF-MAX is a versatile professional multi-cutter designed for precise routing, sawing and slotting in a wide range of materials. Its robust construction combines a lightweight magnesium die-cast housing with impact-resistant glass-fibre-reinforced plastic components for demanding workshop and construction-site applications.

With a 1400 W universal motor and continuously variable speed from 3600 to 6250 rpm, the MF 26 cc can be adapted to different materials and cutting tasks. The machine offers a routing depth of up to 26 mm and can also be used on the MAFELL F guide rail with a saw blade or as a plunge-cut saw.

The depth can be adjusted particularly precisely using the additional adjustment screw and scale, allowing 1/10 mm adjustment increments. A practical depth indicator can be set for use with or without a guide rail, so the selected depth remains clearly visible in either configuration.

The integrated glider runs directly on the material surface, helping prevent the machine from tipping and providing secure positioning even when working on an F guide rail. The base plate also features a groove for using compatible special guide attachments.

The MF-AF 90 aluminium-composite cutter included in this AF-MAX version is designed for creating 90° V-grooves up to 8 mm deep. This makes the machine particularly suitable for folding and bending techniques in aluminium composite panels, such as those used in façade construction and sign making.

The MF 26 cc can also be used for longitudinal and cross grooves, V-grooves and special slotting applications. With suitable accessories, it can create three slots in a single operation for bending workpieces, while the MF-GF 90/15 cutter can be used for low-dust 90° V-grooves in plasterboard.

The quick-opening protective hood makes access convenient. When the hood is opened, the switch-on lock and saw-blade lock are automatically activated, providing additional safety during tool changes and setup. The T-MAX transport and storage case keeps the machine and supplied accessories organised and protected.
