MAFELL Arunda 50B Maxi milling templates for dovetail joints

MAFELL Arunda is a system for the manual production of wood-to-wood dovetail joints for carpenters and woodworking professionals. It allows straight or angled connections on load-bearing beams and rafters – both in the workshop and on the construction site.

All you need is one Arunda template for the tenon and another for the housing, together with a powerful MAFELL LO 65 Ec router equipped with the Arunda special cutter and its accessories. The Arunda 50B Maxi template set is designed for tenon widths of 50–100 mm and timber heights of 90–330 mm, covering cross-sections from 40 × 90 mm to 100 × 330 mm.

The double-cone joint is self-clamping and provides an optimal fit. Since the same router setting is used for producing both the tenon and the housing, work is fast and accurate. Assembly from above is very easy – the beams do not need to be moved apart.

Various template models are available, and one template model can be used to machine different timber widths and heights. The set is supplied in a sturdy wooden box with all the necessary accessories.

Note: the MAFELL LO 65 Ec router is not included and must be purchased separately.
