MAFELL EVA 150 E / 3 eccentric sander in T-MAX

The MAFELL EVA 150 E / 3 eccentric sander is a professional sanding machine designed for high material removal, clean working conditions and excellent surface results. With its 350 W universal motor, 150 mm sanding pad and 3 mm stroke, it is particularly suitable for fine sanding and intermediate lacquer sanding while also handling a wide range of woodworking applications.

The electronically controlled speed range of 6,000–12,000 rpm provides the flexibility required for different materials and sanding tasks. MAFELL states that the EVA 150 E offers up to 20% higher speed than conventional eccentric sanders, increasing material removal and allowing the desired surface quality to be achieved more quickly.

The 3 mm stroke makes the EVA 150 E / 3 particularly suitable for fine sanding and intermediate lacquer sanding. It can be used on flat and curved surfaces and is suitable for solid wood, board materials, lacquer, paint, filler and veneered surfaces.

For demanding continuous use, the machine is equipped with vibration absorbers that decouple the grip area from the machine vibrations. The vibration emission value is below 2.5 m/s². Softgrip inserts provide a secure and comfortable grip in different working positions, helping to reduce fatigue during extended sanding operations.

The ergonomically shaped additional handle allows the machine to be guided securely with both hands. It can also be removed when it is not required. An adjustable edge protector helps prevent damage to the workpiece and simultaneously protects the sanding pad from damage when working close to edges.

The powerful self-extraction system works together with the multi-hole sanding pad to remove sanding dust efficiently. This keeps the working environment cleaner, reduces clogging of the abrasive and can extend abrasive life. Abranet® sanding discs are especially effective with this system, with approximately 24,000 holes providing a high level of dust extraction.

The supplied soft sanding pad is suitable for achieving consistent results on concave and convex surfaces. Its cushioning effect compensates for unevenness and helps maintain an even sanding result. The T-MAX transport and storage case keeps the machine and supplied accessories organised and protected.
