MAFELL A 12 cordless drill/driver in T-MAX

The MAFELL A 12 cordless drill/driver is a compact and versatile professional tool for drilling, screwdriving, fitting and installation work. Its optimized material use, compact dimensions and high-quality construction provide an excellent balance between low weight, handling and performance.

With a 12 V drive, the A 12 delivers up to 45 Nm of hard torque and 18 Nm of soft torque. The two-speed gearbox provides a speed range of 0–510 rpm in first gear and 0–1,710 rpm in second gear, allowing the machine to be adapted to different drilling and screwdriving tasks.

The drill/driver is designed around the MAFELL Ergo-Balance-Concept, giving the tool a balanced centre of gravity regardless of the selected attachment or battery. The oval handle and extensive use of soft-grip components provide a secure and comfortable grip, while the compact 110 × 79 × 195 mm dimensions make the A 12 particularly practical in confined spaces and for overhead work.

A tool-free quick-change system allows fast switching between different applications. The spindle has a direct 1/4" holder for bits and quick-change accessories. The included A-SBF 10 quick-change chuck provides a 10 mm chuck capacity, while the A-SWV 10 quick-change angle attachment expands the tool's versatility for work in difficult-to-access areas.

For precise screwdriving, the A 12 offers 20+1 torque settings. The finely controllable switch supports delicate work, while the bright LED light provides broad illumination of the working area without creating distracting shadows.

The supplied 12 M 43 LiHD PowerTanks use processor-controlled battery technology. Relevant battery-cell parameters such as charge level and temperature are continuously monitored. The complete set is supplied with an APS M PowerStation and a T-MAX transport and storage case, making the A 12 ready for professional mobile use.
