The cutting depth is permanently fixed. Pressing the Permafix button releases the lock for easy adjustment.

DEBOOST FUNCTION

Pressing the deboost button once reduces the speed by 30%. This helps to avoid burn marks - which usually occur from long cuts.

ELECTRONICS: MAFELL INTELLIGENT POWER CONTROL (IPC)

MAFELL IPC is the name of a new digital electronic system. It supports restart and overload protection, as well as maintaining a constant speed under load. Colored LED lights provide information about functions and operational states.

All LO 55 work elements are either red or marked in red, making them immediately noticeable. The digital electronic circuit includes warning LED lights and the copying rings are automatically centered.

CENTRAL LOCKING

The balustrade and inserts are locked with two hinge screws on the base plate.

ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT

The base plate height adjuster is at the same level as its surface. This ensures stability and, for example when using a copying ring, compensates for the thickness of the template.

ADJUSTING THE CUTTING DEPTH

Thanks to the user-friendly locking lever, you can securely adjust the cutting depth without applying force.
