MAFELL EVA 150 E / 5 eccentric sander in T-MAX

The MAFELL EVA 150 E / 5 is a professional eccentric sander designed for high material removal, clean working conditions and excellent surface results. With a 150 mm sanding pad, a 5 mm stroke and a maximum no-load speed of 12,000 rpm, the / 5 version is particularly well suited to coarse sanding and demanding material removal tasks.

The high rotational speed is around 20% higher than that of conventional eccentric sanders. This noticeably increases material removal and can make the sanding process up to 20% faster when achieving the same surface quality. The EVA 150 E / 5 is suitable for solid wood, board materials, painted and lacquered surfaces, veneered surfaces and gypsum filler.

The machine is designed for extended professional use. Its vibration emission is below 2.5 m/s², while vibration absorbers decouple the grip area from the machine vibrations. Softgrip inserts provide secure and comfortable control in different working positions.

The ergonomic additional handle allows the sander to be guided securely with both hands and can be removed when it is not required. The adjustable edge protector reduces the risk of damaging the workpiece and also helps protect the sanding pad when working close to edges.

A powerful integrated dust extraction system works together with the multi-hole sanding pad to keep the working area cleaner. Effective extraction reduces clogging of the abrasive, lowers abrasive consumption and helps maintain a consistent sanding result.

The supplied soft sanding pad is particularly useful for concave and convex surfaces. Its level-compensating foam construction helps compensate for unevenness and supports uniform sanding results. The supplied Abranet® abrasive set provides grits from P60 to P320, covering a wide range of sanding applications.

The T-MAX transport and storage case keeps the machine and supplied accessories organized and protected during transport and storage.
